How long does the survey take?
For a standard 2–3 bedroom residential property, typically 45–90 minutes. Larger properties and commercial buildings take longer — we'll give you a realistic time estimate when you get in touch. We work efficiently and aim to minimise disruption to vendors and tenants.
Do you brand plans with our agency logo?

Can you survey properties while they're occupied?
